Class is Saturday, March 28th & Sunday, March 29th from 9:00am - 2:00 pm each day. This class will include a tour of the Birth Center.

These interactive classes prepare you and your support person for the birth experience. All-inclusive childbirth series topics include: stages of labor, coping techniques, medications, medical interventions, cesarean birth, breastfeeding and a brief overview of your newborn at birth.

Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and bring snacks & drinks if needed.

Fee includes one support person.

Upon arrival at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital: Please park in the south parking lot and check in at the welcome desk in the main lobby. Class generally takes place in the conference rooms located on the 3rd floor.
