An hour and a half Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) provider class through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Target audience: RNs, RTs, paramedics, physicians and other health care professionals who require ACLS certification. This is an hour and a half ACLS Initial class. There is an online ACLS component that needs to be completed before class. Successful completion requires attendance and participation in the entire course. Participants arriving 10 minutes late will be required to reschedule and repay for the class.

Prior to class, the student will need to complete the following: Purchase and complete a Heartcode ACLS from https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-acls. Cost is $173.00. Estimated time to complete course work is 6 hours. This course reviews ACLS information. Participants are expected to know algorithms, ECG, pharmacology, etc. prior to class, which is accomplished during your ACLS self-study process.
