Tuesday evenings - Feb 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th, 2026 from 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm.

These interactive classes prepare you and your support person for the birth experience. All-inclusive childbirth series topics include: stages of labor, coping techniques, medications, medical interventions, cesarean birth, breastfeeding and a brief overview of your newborn at birth.

Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and please bring a pillow to the third class .

Fee includes one support person.

Upon arrival at Longs Peak Hospital - please park in the south parking lot and check in at the welcome desk in the main lobby. Class generally takes place in the conference rooms located on the 3rd floor.
