Dates: 2 class sessions- Friday night, October 9, 6 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. and Saturday morning, October 10, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

• This class serves all the north region hospitals - Poudre Valley Hospital (Fort Collins), Medical Center of the Rockies (Loveland) and Greeley Hospital.

Our Fast Track Childbirth class offers you and your support person the opportunity to explore and practice labor skills for your upcoming birth with a nationally certified childbirth instructor. In this two-part Fast Track, you and your partner will learn about the stages of labor, relaxation and coping techniques, pain medication options, medical interventions, cesarean birth, hospital procedures and labor support roles. Your registration includes an InJoy Understanding Birth booklet.

Registration includes birthing person and one support person.

·         If you or your support person is feeling sick and can no longer attend the class. We will try to move you into another class or refund you.

If minimum childbirth class enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled. We will make every attempt to transfer you into another childbirth class or offer a full refund. Thank you!
