Our Fast Track childbirth class offers you and your support person the opportunity to explore and practice labor skills for your upcoming birth with a nationally certified childbirth instructor. In this two-day Fast Track, you and your partner will learn about the stages of labor, relaxation and coping techniques, pain medication options, medical interventions, cesarean birth, hospital procedures and labor support roles. Your Fast Track registration includes the InJoy Understanding Birth booklet.
Fee includes one support person for childbirth class.
You will receive a reminder email with class information several days before class begins. Occasionally, your email server puts this reminder email into your spam folder. Please check a day before class begins to make sure you have received it. The class name, Fast Track, will be in the subject line so you can search for it. Please call the office during regular business hours if you cannot find the reminder in your email.
If you have Medicaid or CHP+, please contact the office at 970.495.7500 to register with us and receive the discount.
Masks are optional during the class for all individuals.
If you or your support person are feeling sick, please do not attend the class. Let us know as soon as possible (970.495.7500) and we will try to move you into another class or refund you. Please review current health screenings for our classes below. Have you or your support person been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 10 days? Reschedule please. In the last 10 days, have you or your support person have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 or was suspected to have COVID-19? If so, but having no symptoms, you are welcome to attend class, but please wear masks as a precaution for others in the class. Have you had cold or flu-like symptoms including cough, fever or shortness of breath in the last 72 hours? Reschedule please. Thank you for helping us keep all class participants safe and healthy.
Please call Family Education at 970.495.7500 for more information or assistance. If minimum childbirth class enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled. We will make every attempt to transfer you into another childbirth class or offer a full refund.
