You are not alone in your stroke recovery journey! Attendance is free.

Stroke support groups provide a safe and encouraging space where survivors and their families can connect, share experiences, and find strength in community. These groups offer emotional support, practical tips for recovery, and a sense of belonging that helps reduce feelings of isolation. By learning from others who understand the journey, participants gain hope, confidence, and motivation to navigate life after stroke.

PLANNED SCHEDULE CHANGE: Starting in APRIL 2026, the HRH Support Group will occur the first Tuesday of every month at 10AM, both in person and via zoom.
