Busy families can still benefit from childbirth classes by taking our express course. Class includes an overview of labor and delivery, coping techniques, pain medications, medical interventions, cesarean birth and your first hour postpartum.

Topics include: maternal positioning in pregnancy for an efficient labor, the stages of labor, birth and the first hour postpartum will be covered, as well as medical interventions, the benefit-and-risk approach and labor variations.

Please register only once. The cost of class includes two participants.

The class will be held at the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital Summit Conference Rooms A&B, ground floor.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and snacks with you to class. A pillow can also be helpful to ensure your comfort.
