This group was created to provide a safe and educational space to support people experiencing chronic symptoms of COVID-19. It is intended to provide an avenue for credible information about long COVID and the latest developments in treatment. This is also time to discuss and share practical and conceptual issues related to long COVID. No formal diagnosis of long COVID is required, and there is no cost to attend. Common symptoms of long COVID include but are not limited to: Fatigue- mental/physical, sleep disruption Shortness of breath, cough Fast beating/pounding heart (palpitations) Change in taste or smell, stomach pain Brain fog, dizziness Activity intolerance, joint or muscle pain No registration required to attend, please feel free to just show up!

We believe in person attendance is most beneficial, but understand that some may not be able to physically attend in-person. If you attend virtually, please be patient and understand we will do our best with technology but do not have IT available during the meetings.
