Navigating Grief - Fort Collins

Grief touches every human differently, and there is no single “right” way to move through loss. In this session, we’ll talk about the emotional, mental and even physical impact of grief, common misconceptions about the grieving process and healthy ways to support yourself and others through loss and life transitions. This is the final session in a six-part series.
