Learning Outcome(s):

Knowledge Objective: Learners will describe the current definition of artificial intelligence and identify key ways AI is applied in emergency medicine and forensic nursing.

Skill: 100% of participants will demonstrate the ability to analyze clinical or forensic scenarios and accurately determine where AI tools can be appropriately and safely integrated into practice.

Practice: After attending the event, participants will apply AI‑informed decision‑making principles to enhance clinical workflows, improve documentation quality, and recognize AI‑related risks affecting patient relationships and interpersonal violence.

Requirements for successful completion of the educational activity

  • Completion/submission of evaluation form 

  • Attendance for 100% of activity

  • Successful completion of a post-test - attendee must score 80 % or higher (for enduring/virtual option)
