Tai Chi for Fall Prevention and Arthritis

Tai chi is an ancient art that combines slow, continuous movements with a focus on body position and posture. This tai chi program is provided at no cost by a certified tai chi instructor and is designed to reduce your risk of falling. You may participate standing or sitting. This is an 8-week commitment.
