Welcome to Understanding Your Multiples: eClass, a unique online learning experience that provides comprehensive information you can trust about pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and life with multiples. In this class, you'll learn how to minimize potential complications, get support, and connect with each individual baby through instructive video clips, animations, and activities. You'll also get a sense of what giving birth to multiples is really like as you watch vaginal and cesarean birth stories.

You can complete the modules at your own pace. Seven to eight hours are recommended for the completion of the class material, and you may do this in several shorter sessions. Your labor partner is encouraged to participate in the online class with you.
