Understanding Your Newborn This class will teach baby care basics to expectant parents. Our goal is to inspire confidence in your ability to care for your newborn. Topics include: Bonding Newborn Traits Newborn Behaviors Crying & Comforting Feeding Diapering Bathing, Nail Care, & Dressing Newborn Health Newborn Safety (including SUID and SIDS safety) Saturday sessions will be one day, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. If you have an infant sized doll, please bring it. We will have other baby models to use. You are encouraged to bring a drink and snack to the class for your own comfort. Wear comfortable clothes. Fee includes one support person.
