Please join the team from the UCHealth Jan Bishop Cancer Center on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 3–5 p.m. at the Strings Music Pavilion. Enjoy an amazing guest speaker, opportunities for connection and education. Patients, families and caregivers are all warmly invited.

We are honored to welcome Scott Wilson as our guest speaker. A self-taught Scottish photographer and cancer advocate, Wilson captures the extraordinary effort behind unforgettable moments in nature - from pre-dawn journeys across rugged landscapes to the patience required to capture a single perfect light.

During his own cancer journey, Wilson turned his passion for photography into advocacy. He uses his work to raise awareness about the importance of cancer screening. His photography-driven fundraising and advocacy efforts led to legislation in Colorado that lowered the recommended colorectal cancer screening age from 50 to 45.
